    Step 1

    五花肉先烫10分钟,然后涂抹上五香粉、盐和胡椒粉,皮抹上白醋,放进冰箱冷藏隔夜。Blanch the pork belly in boiling water for 10 minutes. Once blanched, apply five-spice powder, salt, and black pepper to the meat side. Apply white vinegar to the skin side. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.

    Step 2

    取出五花肉,皮的部分再抹上白醋、苏打粉和少许粗盐。Apply white vinegar, baking soda and a small amount of coarse salt to the skin side.

    Step 3

    将五花肉放入空气炸锅,以190°C烤25分钟,然后拿出刮掉盐 。Put the pork belly into the air fryer and roast at 190°C for 25 minutes. Then take it out and scrape off the salt.

    Step 4

    再放入空气炸锅,以200°C烤30分钟。Put it back into the air fryer and roast at 200°C for 30 minutes.

    Step 5

    待冷后切片即可享用。Let it cool down and slice before serving. Enjoy!
